Refund Guidelines
At Capital Wellness, we prioritize the safety and quality of our wellness products. Because our supplements, skincare, and ingestibles are consumable goods, we have strict hygiene standards that limit our ability to accept returns.
Please read our policy below regarding refunds, replacements, and shipping issues.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Resolution: Once approved, we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you, or issue a refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the damaged item to us.
2. Change of Mind / Taste Preference
Due to the nature of supplements and personal care products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind," "taste preference," or opened products.

All sales on consumables (vitamins, proteins, serums, coffee) are final once shipped.

We encourage you to read the ingredients list and flavor descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, or if it has been stuck in transit for longer than expected:

We will file a claim with our carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or the package was unclaimed, we can reship the item to you, but you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Cancellations
Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure fast shipping. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we usually cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted.
